Thalassery to Oman
Hashir belongs to Thalassery, where he was born to the late Hussain TM, an entrepreneur, and Beebi P, a housewife. He did his graduate studies in Mathematics from Brennan College in his hometown and pursued an MS in Information Technology from Bengaluru. He started his professional journey in Bengaluru in 1999, where he worked with Vimal Computers, which was into Railway software development. At the dawn of the millennium, he got a chance to relocate to Oman, where he joined Ace Computers in Ruwi. He remained there until 2002, when he joined the Ministry of Health as an IT Administrator and remained in that position until 2008. That year, he co-founded Al Nahla Solutions Llc with partner Nadeer P Ahmed and Mohammed Sulaiyam Salim Al Busaidi , leveraging their IT expertise to build a growing team from an initial three employees.

Family
Hashir is married to Saleela Kunhibeevi, a BBA holder who is a well-certified yoga professional. She organizes online yoga classes for students across different countries, bringing structured sessions and international accessibility to her practice. Their daughter Hana Mariyam is a final-year BA Mass Communication student. The couple has a son Hussain Hadi, who is a first-year BBA student of BITS Pilani Dubai campus. Their youngest child Hifza Aysha is a Class IX student of ISM.
Undying Passion for Sports
From a young age, Hashir has been passionate about hockey, and he was a member of the Kannur Team and the Junior Kerala Hockey Team. From 2022, he has been the vice president of the Kerala Hockey Association since 2022 and is actively involved with the Thalassery Sports Club. He is very enthusiastic about promoting the game in Kerala and the Middle East. His love for hockey makes him donate free game kits for tournaments and sponsor trainers. He has also supplied hockey sticks and other accessories to more than 100 schools.
Its goal is to become a driving force in the Sultanate’s digital revolution, actively supporting the objectives spelt out in the Oman Vision 2040. It wholeheartedly supports the country’s journey towards becoming a knowledge-based economy and strengthening its position as a regional ICT leader.
Hashir’s children, Hussain Hadi and Hifza Aysha, share their father’s passion for sports. Hadi was the athletic champion at Indian School Muscat and represented CBSE nationals in the 200 meters, the 4×100 meters, and the 4×400 meters relays. Hifza Aysha was a member of the Indian School Muscat teams in the Under-14 and Under-17 categories, contributing to gold and bronze wins in the 4×100 meter relay at the CBSE National Athletics meets in 2024 and 2025, held in Varanasi.
