Be it the company run by his father, Jeevan Raphael, or his own enterprise, Alan has proven his mettle.
Born in Kottayam and Raised in Muscat
Alan was born in Sankranthy near Kottayam, Kerala to Jeevan, the MD of Caravan Car Rentals, and Tillymol, a Nurse at Sultan Qaboos Hospital. He did his schooling at Indian School Ghubrah, after which he did his BCom at KE College in Mannanam. He also bagged an MBA from Modern College of Business and Science in Muscat. His sister Aleena Maria Jeevan is a BSc Psychology student at KE College Mannananam.
Making of a Businessman
With the business skills inherited from his father and his undying love for hot wheels, Alan played a proactive role in the family business. By the time he was graduating, he was taking care of the 10 private buses that were operating in Kerala. Soon after completing his undergraduate studies, he returned to Muscat, where he joined his dad’s business venture. He adeptly handled both business as well as studies simultaneously.
To him goes the credit of enhancing the ambit of the business by starting new branches of the car rental firm. Alan was also at the vanguard of innovation with the safety and security of customers in mind. Thanks to his hard work, the number of cars in the fleet increased. He also took the lead in starting the online booking system and prioritised the systematic functioning of Caravan (Muscat Sands Business LLC) activities. Muscat Sands Business LLC (Caravan) is a Travel, Tourism & Rent a Car company which was founded in 2008 in Muscat. It grew up by serving our customers by offering comfort and reliability. The company provides a unique experience to each customer by providing safe, smart, and enjoyable packages.
It was in 2023 that his father, Jeevan, launched Gulf Wave Investment LLC, which is now known as Carvent Car Rentals. Now, Alan is at its helm. He also holds Golden Visa in Oman.

Alan loves sports, especially Badminton and Football. While he was a student at ISG,Oman he used to take part in Clusters and Relay. This dashing businessman is also an avid reader who adores JK Rowling and Chetan Bhagat. Apart from hot wheels, he also loves to watch action flicks. He envisions expanding his car rental business across Kerala. He wishes to tap into the state’s growing demand for reliable transportation solutions. Alan also wishes to make his father’s dream come true by starting a full hi-tech workshop.
