Adeep Jacob is a distinguished Management and Engineering Professional with extensive experience in Oman’s contracting, consulting, and real estate sectors. First introduced to the Sultanate in 1997 through his family’s longstanding association with Oman and later establishing his professional career in the country, Adeep has seamlessly blended traditional technical foundations with modern project management rigor.
Adeep chose to serve the Sultanate’s engineering sector since 2008 after acquiring B.Tech in Civil Engineering. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). This robust educational background serves as the bedrock for his reputation as a prowess-driven leader capable of navigating complex architectural, structural and engineering challenges.
In 2019, Adeep conceptualized Urban Edge Design Consultants, an Engineering Consultancy firm that has quickly become synonymous with innovation and precision. Under his guidance, the consultancy is currently spearheading several challenging engineering design activities, pushing the boundaries of urban architecture in the region.
Beyond his technical contributions, Adeep is a prominent figure in Oman’s business networking landscape. As a dedicated member of BNI Oman, he has served as the President of the BNI Majan chapter. In this leadership role, he fosters a culture of collaboration and professional growth among entrepreneurs. Adeep Jacob remains a pivotal force in shaping Oman’s built environment, combining visionary design with a commitment to community leadership.

Personal Life
Adeep hails from Punalur in Kollam District, Kerala, where he was born to Mr. Jacob Carlose and Mrs. Remeila Jacob. Mr. Jacob has been in the Sultanate’s construction limelight since 1995.
Mr. Jacob C is an accomplished Structural Engineer with an MTech degree in Structural Engineering. He is a distinguished corporate executive with a proven track record of successfully leading high-profile, turnkey civil engineering & infrastructure contracting firms within the Sultanate of Oman. He is a retired Senior Engineer from Kerala Public Works Department.
His experience also encompasses contributions to numerous notable multistoried building projects for prestigious clients within the Sultanate’s construction sector. Few of them to mention would be the A’Sahwa Twin Tower in Azaiba, prestigious Headquarters Complex for Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) in Mina Al Fahal, Qurm and various Royal Villas in the Sultanate.
Adeep is married to Sona Rachel Thomas (BTech in Civil Engineering and MS by Research in Geotechnical Engineering, IIT Madras, India). She is practicing as a geotechnical engineer in Muscat. They are blessed with a daughter Hanah Miriam Adeep.
