Noushad Rahuman, the dynamic Managing Director of Premium Global Group in Muscat, Oman, is a visionary entrepreneur who has made significant strides in environmental protection in the Sultanate of Oman. His pioneering efforts in oil recycling and waste management have not only contributed to environmental sustainability but have also established Oman as a hub for innovative green practices. Among his notable achievements are the establishment of an oil recycling plant and a biodiesel refining facility, both of which underscore his commitment to a cleaner, greener future.

Born in the scenic Kollam district of Kerala, India, Mr. Noushad Rahuman’s journey from a small town to the global stage is nothing short of inspiring. After graduating from SN College of Arts and Sciences, he embarked on his professional journey with KRS Transport in 1995. Two years later, he joined Aramco in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, marking the beginning of his international career. By 2000, he was part of Oman Air Cargo, where he honed his skills until 2004. It was in 2005 that his entrepreneurial spirit took flight with the establishment of Air Tiger Express, a venture that was later acquired by a multinational company in 2007.
In 2007, Mr Noushad Rahuman founded Muscat International Shipping and Logistics LLC in the Governorate of Muscat. The company quickly gained recognition for its comprehensive logistics solutions, leading to its inclusion in the Al Khaleel Group in 2010. Sensing a growing demand for oil products, Mr. Rahuman seized the opportunity and launched Premium Global Services the same year. This company, initially focused on collecting waste, used, and cooking oil, rapidly grew into one of the largest used oil trading enterprises in the region.

The company’s expansion didn’t stop there. In 2014, Premium Global Engineering Services LLC was established to cater to the engineering product market. The success of these ventures led to the opening of another plant in Sohar, dedicated to processing and treating used oil. Under Mr. Noushad Rahuman’s leadership, the company has become synonymous with environmental stewardship, utilizing cutting-edge technology to regenerate resources and minimize waste.
Premium Global Services LLC has diversified into various sectors, including a Fish Processing Unit .The launch of Primex further expanded the company’s portfolio, offering top-tier last-mile delivery and fleet management services.
As an environmental protection company, Premium Global Environmental service (PGES Sohar) is acutely aware of the environmental impact of used oil. The company’s Waste Management division adheres to strict protocols, ensuring that all waste disposal and transportation are conducted responsibly. The company’s commitment to sustainability is evident in its state-of-the-art recycling facilities, which boast a 99.9% waste-to-zero-waste efficiency.

Headquartered in Oman, with branch offices in Qatar and India, Premium Global Group has established itself as a leading supplier of mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical products across the GCC countries. The company specializes in providing solutions for the oil and gas industry, water treatment, HVAC, and other industrial segments. In the oil sector for over a decade, PGS has become a major player in the used lube oil re-refining segment in Oman. Their cutting-edge recycling plant, with a capacity of 30,000 MT per annum, exemplifies their commitment to high-quality, environmentally friendly production.
PGS also specializes in marine and industrial services, including the safe removal and recycling of oily waste from a variety of vessels and industrial facilities. The company holds all necessary permits from the Oman Government and Environment Departments, ensuring that their operations meet the highest standards of environmental safety.
PGES established another division of Bio fuel production ,to address environmental issues while meeting the market’s growing fuel demands. This project aligns with Oman’s vision 2040 more focusing on bio fuel production, where from used cooking oil to bio fuel is produced and supplied to international as well local companies and aiming for zero omission carbon.


Muscat International Shipping & Logistics LLC, Mr. Noushad Rahuman’s first company, remains a market leader in logistics, offering custom-built solutions that streamline international trade. Their advanced warehousing and distribution services have made them a preferred partner across the Sultanate of Oman, UAE, and GCC.
PrimEx Oman, another division focuses on integrating new technologies to enhance customer experiences, providing efficient, economical, and reliable last-mile delivery options.

Noushad Rahuman has been appointed as the Vice President of the JCILO International Logistics Network, which includes logistics company owners from over 50 countries. This network’s 2024 symposium was recently held in Oman. The symposium takes place in a different part of the world each year and it brings together delegates from around the globe.
Back in Kerala, India, Mr. Noushad Rahuman has ventured into the food and beverage industry with Cakes & Cakes, offering a delightful range of bakery products. This business is gradually expanding across the state, bringing joy to the taste buds of many.



Under Mr. Noushad Rahuman’s leadership two prominent international logistics symposiums were hosted in Muscat. The symposiums featured engaging forums, one-on-one meetings, and cultural experiences, offering participants a unique glimpse into Oman’s heritage and industry potential. This eight-day event attracted delegates from 50 countries, spotlighting Oman’s rising role in global logistics. The forums underscored Oman’s capability to host significant global events and solidified its position as a key logistics hub in the region.
Mr.Noushad Rahuman’s achievements have not gone unnoticed. In 2016, he was honored with the Young Achievers Award by Asianet, and in 2022, Gulf Madhyamam recognized him with the Business Innovation Award.
An avid traveler, Mr. Noushad Rahuman has visited over 70 countries, broadening his horizons and gaining inspiration from diverse cultures. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing cricket
whenever time permits. He is also an active member of the Al Hail Greens Community in Muscat, where he resides with his family.
Mr. Rahuman is married to Jisha Rahuman, a Director at PGS who holds an MBA in marketing. The couple has two children. Their daughter Fidha, who completed her A Levels at the British School Muscat, currently pursuing Degree from Manchester University UK. Their son Fizan is currently in the Eight grade at the British School Muscat.
