The Making of an Entrepreneur
Jessy was born to N.K. Varghese, a retired Maintenance Manager of NMDC in Bastar, Chhattisgarh, and Kunjumol Varghese, a dedicated homemaker. She pursued her BSc and BEd from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, followed by an MBA from Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai, and later earned a Law degree from New Law College, Matunga, Mumbai.
Her professional journey began with Haldyn Glass Ltd from 1997 to 2001, where she served as Assistant Manager – HR. In 2001, she moved to Oman and worked with Oman Flour Mills before stepping into entrepreneurship. She later established Al Amal Al Ghad LLC, an AC installation company with 40 employees, and subsequently led Al Amal Al Wataniya LLC in Ruwi, specializing in consultancy, recruitment, and training from 2012 to 2022.
Her passion for HR, combined with strong entrepreneurial acumen, inspired her to establish JM International SPC with just two staff members. Through dedication, strategic planning, and perseverance, the company has grown into a thriving organization with over 150 employees, including 45 Omani nationals, reflecting her commitment to Omanisation and workforce development.

- Darrel Mathew, final-year engineering student in Canada and IT Head of JM International SPC
