Ms. Sulatha is the director of Accuracy Integrated and Trading LLC, a company that was incepted in January 2016, along with two business partners, primarily offering Civil Specialty Works and Organization Development & Management Consulting Services Earlier, Ms. Sulatha was Corporate Head of Planning and Development at RAY International Group.
Born in Calicut, Kerala, into a humble family grounded in strong values, Sulatha’s journey is a testament to perseverance and vision. From her early academic pursuits at Malabar Christian College and Queen Mary’s College to her rise as a sought-after consultant and speaker, her life story is one of continuous learning and fearless expression.
A specialist in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources, Ms. Sulatha Francis brings more than 20 years of distinguished corporate experience. She holds a General Management qualification from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, an MBA from Indira Gandhi University, and postgraduate degrees in English Literature and Public Relations. Currently pursuing a PhD in English Literature from the University of Madras, she exemplifies a rare blend of academic depth and practical insight.
Sulatha’s core expertise includes Organizational Development & Design: She conducts in-depth assessments of organizational structures to align them with growth trajectories. By identifying skill and functional gaps, she facilitates the creation of agile, scalable frameworks that support business expansion. With a focus on efficiency and clarity, she restructures workflows, defines hierarchies, and optimizes operations to reduce costs and boost productivity. Sulatha employs the ADKAR model to drive purposeful change, helping businesses build resilient cultures aligned with their vision.
Ms. Francis’s contributions have garnered widespread acclaim. She received the Leadership Award at the Women Economic Forum (WEF) in 2020, was honored as the Best Woman Poet by ESN Publications in 2021, and was presented with the Women Leadership Award 2023 in Dubai for her literary achievements. A passionate advocate for gender equity, Sulatha serves as Vice-President of the World Malayalee Federation (Oman Chapter) and is an active member of Wings of Women’s World, a transnational women’s collective. She frequently addresses global forums on topics such as: Women Empowerment, Corporate Governance, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resource Innovation, Youth Life Skills, Communal Harmony, and The Power of Language and Literature.

Her debut poetry collection, Not Just A Woman But THE WOMAN, challenges social injustices while celebrating female strength and resilience. Her poetic voice is unapologetic, insightful, and deeply human—reflecting her belief that every woman is a masterpiece deserving of dignity and recognition.
In her free time, Ms. Sulatha tends to her plants and pets that are the main source of energy and rejuvenation for her. Ms. Sulatha’s late father Eric S Srinivasan, retired as Commissioner of Rural Development and her late mother, Premila Virginia, was the Principal of a Vocational Higher Secondary School.
Sulatha is married to Pramod Francis, an hotelier and event management specialist. The couple has two children. Son Kevin K Francis is a Software Engineer at Relevance Lab in Bangalore, and daughter Kaitlyn Francis is a second year student in Bachelor in Visual Arts and Graphic Design.
